Model as an equipment object with size and location.
Assign to the matching storey and technical or use zone.

Tag	Plant identification (AKS) according to the client standard. If no project-specific standard exists, suggestion: `{Building}-{Storey}-{Trade}-{Plant type}-{nnn}` (e.g. `B01-02-H-RLT-003`).
WarrantyEndDate Pset_Warranty	Warranty end date - to be provided by the contractor.
DatasheetLink ePset_ProductData	Link (URI) to the product datasheet.
Status Pset_WasteTerminalTypeCommon	Element status for coordination on existing buildings. Allowed values `NEW` - new `EXISTING` - existing `DEMOLISH` - to demolish `TEMPORARY` - temporary
