ARC-ROOF-PITCH

Makes the roof form and structural concept spatially verifiable early on and supports reliable permitting and coordination decisions.

Description

Coarsely dimensioned pitched roof geometry according to the structural and envelope concept.
Used for coordination between architecture and structural engineering, not for execution planning.

Modelling guidelines

Model as a simplified volume or roof surface; pitch according to the sketch concept.
Do not model roof build-ups, cladding, or detail connections.
During conceptual architectural design, coordinate the dimensions of conceptual structural components with the structural engineer and adopt them in the architecture model.
Use and export the appropriate material from the authoring system.

CostInterface ePset_Cost	Cost interface of the component - base building or tenant fit-out. Allowed values `GAB` - base building (client / landlord) `MAB_{TenantName}` - tenant fit-out, e.g. `MAB_TenantA`
FundingApplication ePset_Cost	Number of the funding application, so quantities and costs can be filtered by application. Separate several numbers with commas, e.g. `2024-0142, 2024-0188`. Leave empty when the component belongs to no application.
AwardInterface ePset_Cost	Procurement package of the component, so interfaces between contractor packages become visible. Allowed values See the Procurement package value list. This Swiss data package uses three-digit BKP codes, e.g. `211`, `221`, `244`.
PlanningInterface ePset_Cost	Planning interface of the component as a three-digit BKP code, so responsibilities between design disciplines become visible. Allowed values See the BKP planning package value list, e.g. `091`, `092`, `094`.
BelowTerrain ePset_Cost	Marks whether the component sits below ground level. Allowed values `TRUE` - below ground `FALSE` - above ground
eBKP ePset_Cost	eBKP-H classification according to SN 506 511 - derivable from IsExternal, LoadBearing, and BelowTerrain. Allowed values `C04.05` - pitched roof construction
ProductClass ePset_Cost	Product class for cost and tender assignment. It may be assigned manually; for consistent tender data, it should preferably be derived from component properties through deterministic automation or AI-assisted mapping. Allowed values See the Product class value list.
UnitPrice ePset_Cost	Project- or office-specific unit price per unit of the reference quantity, used to check component costs for plausibility.	CHF/m²

Connection ePset_Circularity	Connection type for detachability (Madaster). Accessibility ePset_Circularity	Accessibility of the connection without destroying the component or surroundings (Madaster). Allowed values `Accessible` - freely accessible without additional actions `PartialNoDamage` - accessible with actions that cause no damage `PartialWithRepairableDamage` - accessible with fully repairable damage `PartialWithDamage` - accessible with partially repairable damage `NotAccessible` - not accessible; irreparable damage
Reuse ePset_Circularity	Share of already reused or recycled material in the component (0.01 - 1.00, e.g. 0.80 = 80 %).
MaterialOrProductId ePset_Circularity	Unique ID of the material or product in the linked database (e.g. Madaster, baubook).
WasteCodes ePset_Circularity	Waste codes for deconstruction and disposal. Code to VeVA (CH) or EWC/AVV (EU); format as used by Madaster, e.g. `17 01:0.25:Inert:60:60;`.
HazardType ePset_HazardousMaterial	Type of hazardous material found by survey on the affected existing component. Allowed values `Asbestos` - asbestos `PCB` - PCB `PAH` - PAH `PCP` - PCP `Lead` - lead `None` - no hazardous material `Unknown` - unknown / not investigated
RemovalCategory ePset_HazardousMaterial	Remediation urgency and action required, as determined by the survey. GlobalTradeItemNumber Pset_ManufacturerTypeInformation	GTIN (Global Trade Item Number) of the product type; 8, 12, 13, or 14 digits depending on the GS1 structure.
SerialNumber Pset_ManufacturerOccurrence	Serial number the manufacturer assigns to an individual product; with the GTIN it identifies the product passport for that specific item.
