Model the usable space of the facing shell - excluding construction, only the clear volume for verifying space demand and floor-area impact.
Description
- Clear usable space within or due to a facing shell (e.g. plumbing lining in a bathroom).
- Used to prove how much area and space the facing shell occupies - wet rooms often become too small.
Modelling guidelines
- Model as a space volume; geometry to the inner clear boundaries - do not include construction (boards, profiles, cladding).
- Assign to the matching storey; ObjectType = Vorsatzschale.
- No overlap with the usable interior space of the adjacent room; evaluate NetFloorArea for floor-area impact.
