PredefinedType	Kind of equipment or terminal. Allowed values `AIRHANDLER` - air handler `AIRCONDITIONINGUNIT` - air conditioning unit / fan coil `SPLITSYSTEM` - split system `ROOFTOPUNIT` - rooftop unit `DEHUMIDIFIER` - dehumidifier `USERDEFINED` - user-defined (e.g. heat pump)
Tag	Plant identification (AKS) according to the client standard. If no project-specific standard exists, suggestion: `{Building}-{Storey}-{Trade}-{Plant type}-{nnn}` (e.g. `B01-02-H-RLT-003`).
WarrantyEndDate Pset_Warranty	Warranty end date - to be provided by the contractor.
