Furniture for furnishability verification and furniture planning.

Description

Movable or built-in furniture pieces in interior rooms.
Used to check that rooms remain furnishable and to plan location and type - not product catalogues or execution detailing.

Modelling guidelines

Model as a simplified body with real plan dimensions and height.
Assign to the matching storey.
Do not model manufacturer products, services, or finishes inside the furniture body.

PredefinedType	Kind of furniture. Allowed values `CHAIR` - chair `TABLE` - table `DESK` - desk `BED` - bed `FILECABINET` - file cabinet `SHELF` - shelf `SOFA` - sofa `USERDEFINED` - user-defined
ObjectType	Kind of furniture. Allowed values `CHAIR` - chair `TABLE` - table `DESK` - desk `BED` - bed `FILECABINET` - file cabinet `SHELF` - shelf `SOFA` - sofa `USERDEFINED` - user-defined Note IFC2x3 substitute for PredefinedType.
Name	Furniture designation (e.g. desk, bed).
CostInterface ePset_Cost	Cost interface of the component - base building or tenant fit-out. Allowed values `GAB` - base building (client / landlord) `MAB_{Mietername}` - tenant fit-out, e.g. `MAB_Migros`
AwardInterface ePset_Cost	Award package of the component by three-digit BKP code - so interfaces between contractor packages become visible. Allowed values See value list BKP award package - e.g. `211`, `221`, `244`.
PlanningInterface ePset_Cost	Planning interface of the component by three-digit BKP code - so responsibilities between planning disciplines become visible. Allowed values See value list BKP planning package - e.g. `091`, `092`, `094`.
